House Hawkshroud Imperial Knight Finished

The second of the Imperial Knights for my House Hawkshroud project is finally ready for the tabletop, and will be seeing its first action in a trip to Warhammer World next week.

Following on from my last work in progress post on this model i've managed to get the model finished, the recipes for the colours are as follows:

Yellow Areas: Averland Sunset (50/50 mix with Vallejo Airbrush Paint Thinner), applied with an airbrush then shaded with Reikland Fleshshade and then highlighted with Ushabti Bone.

Black Areas: Vallejo Model Air Black, highlighted with Eshin Grey.

Silver: Leadbelcher, shaded with Nuln Oil and highlighted with Runefang Steel.

Base: Coated in sand, painted black then drybrushed with what little Codex Grey and Bleached Bone paint I have left.  This was then decorated with Citadel Snow and Army Painter Tundra Tuft.  The base decorations are from the battlefield debris set and are cut up and painted Leadbelcher, then rusted with GW's Typhus Corrosion and Ryza Rust.

Both of my knights will be support Ragnar Blackmane in a series of games at Warhammer World on the J'migan Bridge and Spyral Prime gaming tables this coming weekend, so i'll be sure to take some pictures and get them posted.

Here is a picture of both of my Hawkshroud Imperial Knights together:

And Finally a quick Vine...

  1. Looked great together on the tabletop, certainly imposing.
